She was a sweet and engaging young lady who would brighten the day for those around her. Susan lived in Worcester for years and participated in many activities with her group home family including Special Olympics, crafts, dances, activities, and special outings. For 43 years, Susan attended programs at WAARC(Worcester Area Association of Retarded Citizens) and Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, most recently at the "Embrace the Day" program. Susan grew up in Grafton and attended Grafton schools. her nieces and their families, Kristen and Lee Cohen of Needham, MA, Marjorie and Brian Nusom of Trumbull, CT, and Kate Langdon of West Kingston, RI. She leaves her brothers, Brian and Marie Langdon of Monroe, CT, Douglas Langdon and Eileen Laverty of West Kingston, RI. She is predeceased by her parents, Earle and Ovilla Langdon and her brother Bruce Langdon. Langdon died peacefully on Novemsurrounded by family and staff at her group home in Grafton.
